We're seeking a skilled Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a Reception-aged pupil (age 5) who is currently in the process of obtaining an EHCP. This role offers the perfect balance of challenge and reward, working within our supportive mainstream classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities: SEN Teaching Assistant:
• Providing dedicated 1:1 support during morning sessions
• Implementing positive behaviour management strategies
• Supporting the pupil's integration within the mainstream classroom
• Collaborating with class teachers and SENCO
• Contributing to the pupil's educational and social development
