Our technicians work in our workshop in Bonnybridge and at car dealerships and customers homes throughout Scotland. The main purpose of the role is to fit a variety of products which have been designed to assist less able drivers and passengers. Key responsibilities To fit vehicle adaptions competently and within set timescale To ensure consistently high levels of quality and workmanship To maintain a clean and safe work environment, tools and company van To develop and maintain skills levels To develop and maintain product knowledge To be responsible for the safety of yourself and others and using protective equipment when required To maintain personal standards of dress, cleanliness and hygiene, consistent with the standards laid down by the Company To work at all times towards delivering the highest possible level of customer service Communicate with workshop and admin teams Skills and Experience Must have clean driving licence Coachbuilding/auto-electrical/12v electrical/mechanical knowledge Welding skills would be useful but not a requirement Ability to read and interpret diagrams Team working skills Well presented with excellent interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive issues with care and thoughtfulness Ensure work is focused to the needs of the customer Ability to accept ownership and accountability for the tasks assigned Ability to support other members of the team in times of pressure Excellent timekeeping Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year Additional pay: Performance bonus Benefits: Company pension On-site parking Schedule: Monday to Friday Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (required) Work Location: In person ADZN1_UKTJ
