Job Title: Executive Assistant
Hours: Monday to Friday | 8am–5pm
Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum (DOE)

Your new role
* Providing full diary and inbox management, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Preparing presentations, reports, and other essential documents using Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
* Managing complex travel itineraries, including visas and accommodation bookings.
* Handling confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
* Coordinating meetings and events, including logistics and catering arrangements.
* Maintaining accurate records and databases.
* Managing expenses and invoices.
* Providing general administrative support, including answering phone calls and managing correspondence.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or PA, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
* Data management skills and experience.
* A proactive approach to work.
* A full UK driving licence is essential.
