Be the First Point of Contact: Respond to customer technical enquiries across various channels, offering clear, accurate, and timely solutions. Resolve Claims Effectively: Investigate and process claims for damaged or faulty products, coordinating site visits, organising parts, and ensuring timely remedial action. Track and Report: Maintain accurate documentation of claims, commissioning activities, and site attendance while keeping customers updated every step of the way. What Were Looking For Skills That Shine: Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Experience That Counts: Customer service or technical support in lighting or a related engineering / technical field, with knowledge of lighting or electrical / electronics products being a big plus. Education/Qualifications: GCSEs in Maths and English are essential. Professional qualifications in Electrical Engineering or similar are advantageous but not mandatory if you have relevant experience.
