ABC Teachers is seeking a dynamic and passionate Media Studies Supply Teacher to join our team for a rewarding opportunity in Saltley, Birmingham. We are looking for a dedicated educator who can inspire students, delivering engaging lessons in Media Studies at Key Stages 3 and 4.
As a Media Studies Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering the Media Studies curriculum to students of varying abilities, helping them develop their skills in media analysis, production, and critical thinking. You'll create an inclusive and supportive learning environment that encourages student progress and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, deliver, and assess engaging Media Studies lessons.
* Foster a positive classroom environment conducive to learning.
* Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
* Support students in achieving their academic goals.
* Collaborate with other staff to ensure continuity and consistency in teaching.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Media Studies Teacher you will:
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Experience teaching Media Studies at KS3 and KS4.
* Strong communication and classroom management skills.
* Ability to inspire and motivate students.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
* Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship)
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
* a suitable qualification to teach Media Studies i.e PGCE, with valid QTS/QTLS
