Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 + Super + Leave Loading
This National Allied Health Organisation is seeking a passionate New Graduate to join their team of 20 clinicians in their clinic based in far North Queensland! With established support structures in place such as a New Graduate program, slow increase of billable hours over a 6 month period, peer support, weekly supervision, and fortnightly in-house training, you can be sure to be set up for success in your role!

* Work from home to conduct your administration after seeing your clients in the clinic or out in the community

Your day-to-day:
Upon starting your new role, you will be paired up with a Senior Speech Pathologist who will help teach you the policies, processes, and systems you will need for your role. You will also spend the first 2 weeks shadowing this clinician to ensure you are given lots of opportunity to learn your role before slowly taking on board a caseload of your own. After 6 months, you will aim to be seeing 5 clients a day (5.2 billable hours), and will be provided lots of guidance on how to write NDIS reports from your team.

Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
* SPA membership
* Unrestricted working rights in Australia
* Drivers license and own vehicle
