We are seeking a Cloud Security Engineer to support the rapidly growing public cloud footprint used in FNZ. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills and knowledge of public cloud security tooling, as well as deep hands-on knowledge of at least one major public cloud service provider.

The Cloud Security Engineer will report into the Cyber Security Engineer Manager (Network and Cloud) and work with global engineering teams to securely develop and deploy public cloud solutions. This requires considering the complexities of a global organization and identifying misconfigurations and vulnerabilities in public cloud environments.
Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different time zones to develop and automate cloud security processes.
2. Deploy and manage cloud security tooling such as CSPM, container security, and CIEM.
3. Support the identification and remediation of misconfigurations and vulnerabilities in FNZ public cloud environments.
Requirements
Primary Requirements
1. Excellent hands-on experience of building, assessing, and securing environments hosted in one or more of: Azure, AWS, GCP.
2. Experience of deploying and managing cloud security services including Cloud Workload Protection and Container Security.
3. Knowledge of Well-Architected Frameworks and good understanding of cloud core services.
4. Proven problem-solving abilities and proficiency in scripting and automation languages.
Secondary Requirements
1. Experience of working in a highly regulated industry.
2. Professional certifications for a public cloud service provider.
3. Experience of working with collaboration tools like Jira, Planner, and Confluence.
