Key Duties Carry out planned service work on commercial and domestic combustion appliances (boilers, water heaters etc), plumbing, and some HVAC equipment. Install and replace HVAC appliances, including pipework and plumbing as part of small works projects. Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in various heating systems. Maintain accurate service records using internal systems. Participate in out-of-hours emergency call-out rota Skills And Experience Experience with both commercial and domestic heating systems, including installation and maintenance of HVAC equipment. Commercial Gas Safe certification is essential. Knowledge of plumbing and pipework installation. Understanding of heating systems within residential and commercial environments. Ability to write RAMS and Safe Systems of Work. Strong communication skills and commitment to customer care. Full driving licence and willingness to travel. Enhanced DBS check required for work in schools and colleges.
