* Salary Range: £24,027 - £24,348 pro-rata, per annum (actual salary £11,364 - £11,516 per annum)

The Role:
Join our team at New Forest Community Link as a Driver. You will work split shifts from 8:15 am – 10:00 am and 3:00 pm to 4:45 pm, safely transporting passengers between locations using our minibus.
What you’ll do:
* Enable people using our services to access personalized activities.
* Provide a warm welcome and friendly face to passengers.
* Ensure passengers have a comfortable and safe journey.
* Treat all individuals with dignity and respect.
* Demonstrate patience, compassion, and empathy, even in challenging situations.
What we’re looking for:
* A full driver’s license with a Category D1 code (or equivalent). MIDAS training will be provided if not already completed.
* Reliability and commitment to punctual, professional service.
* Ability to assist passengers with mobility issues, including wheelchair users.
* Understanding and sensitivity to individual needs, with adaptable communication skills.

Travel Requirements
You must hold a current full driver’s license to operate a Council vehicle.
