Senior Planner - Infrastructure
What you will be doing:
You will work on our Infrastructure project and frameworks. Ideally, you will be based locally, although we are open to subsiding relocation.
As Senior Planner, you will develop, update, and manage the construction programme to support on-time delivery.
You will:
* Participate in creating a knowingly safe working environment.
* Update the Detailed Design Programme (Pre-Construction Schedule) along with our designers to provide a robust and realistic schedule that reflects the risk and opportunity impacting key project milestones.
* Review and develop the preferred construction sequence considering project-wide constraints to confirm the duration in the overall scheme schedule.
* Facilitate construction readiness planning.
* Arrange, facilitate, and provide output from client and supply chain collaborative planning sessions.
* Cost load the schedule.
* Generate Earned Value Analysis from the cost-loaded schedule.
* Monthly update of the schedule and reports.
* Update and analyze the schedule based on the effects of Compensation events or other events which may affect the programme.
About You:
We are looking for passion and a commitment to delivering excellence. You’ll need experience working in the contracting environment with the ability to build programmes from scratch and report using P. The ideal candidate will have progressed from a site engineering background, understanding firsthand how jobs are built.
