We are recruiting for Duty Managers for a leading 5* leisure management company, operating high-end luxury residential developments across London. We're looking for enthusiastic Duty Managers/Personal Trainers to deliver outstanding experiences in our state-of-the-art leisure facilities.
About the Role
As a Duty Manager, you'll assist in the daily operations of exclusive leisure facilities which include:
* A fully equipped gym with top-of-the-line equipment
* A stunning swimming pool, sauna, and spa
* Beauty therapy rooms
* Relaxation areas
* An extensive group exercise program
You'll be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and contractors, ensuring top-tier service at all times. Reporting to the Club & Spa Manager, this role blends operational management, fitness, and front-of-house responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility
* Deliver exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
* Support residents in achieving their fitness goals through personal training and group exercise classes
* Uphold health and safety standards across the facility
This hybrid position offers two exciting career pathways: advance into leisure management or build a successful personal training client base.
What’s on Offer?
* Pay: £13.15/hour base rate, plus PT Commission off of shift
* Earnings Potential: On-target earnings range from £24K to £30K+, with top performers exceeding this through personal training opportunities
* Flexible part-time contracts (16-32hours/week)
* Locations include Waterloo, Woolwich Arsenal, White City, and Canary Wharf
1. About You
We’re looking for candidates with:
* Experience: Experience in a health and fitness role, ideally in a 5* environment
* Qualifications:
* Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer certification
* Group Exercise experience
* First Aid and/or RLSS Emergency Responder qualifications (training can be provided)
You must be flexible to work early, mid, and late shifts, including weekends.
