Key Responsibilities
1. Provide outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers with their enquiries and purchases.
2. Ensure the store is well-presented and stocked, with a focus on visual merchandising.
3. Accurately handle transactions at the till, including cash and card payments.
4. Assist in stock management, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory checks.
5. Support the store team in achieving sales and performance goals.
6. Adhere to health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe shopping and working environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
1. Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
2. A friendly and professional demeanour with excellent communication skills.
3. Ability to work well in a team and independently when required.
4. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
5. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
