Eventus Recruitment Cheshire are seeking a Financial Planning Administrator to join a fast-paced team near Chester, Cheshire. Working in the Client Support team, reporting to the Client Support Manager, you will be liaising closely with the team of IFAs and Wealth Managers. You will provide support to ensure that clients and colleagues receive a professional service, and you will be expected to be able to use several back-office systems to deliver your workflow responsibilities. Role Responsibilities
The incoming Financial Planning Administrator will have previous experience in a Financial Planning Administration role. Responsibilities within this Financial Planning Administrator job include:
1. Ensuring a high-quality client experience at all times
2. Preparing client meeting documents
3. Supporting and completing LOA processes
4. New Business submissions/loading/chasing to completion
5. Processing Fund Switching/Bed & ISAs
6. General Administrative work
7. Data input accuracy for all internal systems
8. Call handling - Incoming and outgoing calls to clients, providers and contractors
9. Letters - production & sending
10. Fact Find Preparation
11. Monitoring and completing workflow Info Inbox tasks
12. Premises support - Professional standards maintained and support for any ad-hoc premises requests
13. Liaising with product providers and other relevant third parties
14. Ensuring that all client requirements are followed through to the appropriate conclusion
15. Identify improvements to systems and work processes in the business
16. Working with both the adviser and client in implementing and maintaining the Personal Finance Portal (PFP) via Intelliflo
17. Providing support to Directors, Management, Client Manager Support, Client Manager, ARs and Employed Advisers
18. Comply with the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, the FCA's Conduct rules/FCA Statements of Principle & Code of Practice and the relevant rules from the FCA at all times
Person Specification
The successful Financial Planning Administrator will have a proven record in a previous financial services administration job role. You should be happy working full time from an office and have excellent written English skills. Also, you will have:

5. Proven client relationship and customer service skills
6. Professional telephone answering/dealing with clients/providers
