This administrator is designed for the successful candidate to be responsible for providing support to the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes. This role involves handling administrative tasks, managing customer accounts, booking appointments and facilitating communication between the sales team and clients.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n-Assist the sales team with daily tasks and customer interactions.\n\n-Tele sales for parts accessories and service bookings.\n\n-Prepare and manage sales documents, contracts, and agreements.\n\n-\n-Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products/services.\n\n-Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.\n\n-Coordinate with other departments (e.g., logistics, finance) to ensure seamless order fulfillment.\n\nCustomer Relationship Management:\n-Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products/services.\n\n-Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty.\n\nAdministrative Tasks:\n-Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.\n\n-Pick and pack warehouse orders for despatch.\n\n-Prepare sales reports and presentations for management review.\n\n-Manage and track sales expenses and budgets.\n\n-Data Management and Analysis:\n\n-Collect sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.\n\n-Generate sales forecasts and performance metrics.\n\n-Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all sales reports and records.\n\nCommunication and Coordination:\n-Facilitate communication between the sales team, customers, and other stakeholders.\n\n-Coordinate marketing and promotional activities with the marketing team.\nSupport the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.\n You will learn how to work as part of a team and/or individually in a busy office environment, customer service skills and how to use our bespoke IT systems.
