Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of web design principles and a passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to develop engaging digital experiences that meet the needs of our clients and enhance their online presence.
Responsibilities
1. Design and develop responsive websites that are visually appealing and user-friendly.
2. Collaborate with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive design and functionality.
3. Conduct usability testing and implement improvements based on user feedback.
4. Utilise SEO best practices to optimise websites for search engines.
5. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
6. Maintain knowledge of current trends in digital design, web development, and usability standards.
7. Implement CSS (Tailwind, Bootstrap) for styling web pages, ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
Skills
1. Proficiency in web design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
2. Strong understanding of responsive web design principles.
3. Experience with SEO strategies to improve website visibility.
4. Knowledge of usability principles to enhance user experience.
5. Familiarity with front-end development languages, including MySql, Next.js, React.js, Typescript, MongoDB, AWS, Git & Github, Docker, SEO, PPC, and Copywriting.
6. Ability to create engaging digital designs that align with brand guidelines.
7. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Website maintenance, Digital Marketing, CRM, Content Creation, UI/UX, and Video editing.
9. Required minimum 2 years experience.
