Job Title: Account Manager Location: Preston Remuneration: £25,000 - £26,000 per annum Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time About the Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager to join an established Sales & Service team. In this role, you will be responsible for growing and developing the sales of our innovative products. Working closely with our clients, you will secure profitable business and exceed defined sales targets. Responsibilities: Increase sales to existing customers and secure business with new clients in various industrial markets. Record all activities using our CRM package in line with company procedures. Monitor sales reports and KPIs to ensure targets are met. Identify and develop new business opportunities. Maintain excellent customer relationships.About You: The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proactive and courageous approach. You thrive in a demanding, deadline-oriented environment and have a strong passion for sales. While knowledge of the Engineering/Tooling market is advantageous, it is not essential as full training will be provided. Requirements - Skills, Education & Behaviours: Strong listening skills and excellent communication abilities. Technical background, preferably with Engineering/Tooling experience. Good organisational skills and proficiency in MS Office. Demonstrable sales background with excellent selling and negotiation skills. Highly motivated and driven, with a proven track record in sales. Ability to deliver tailored presentations to different audiences. Product knowledge is a plus.Other Role Characteristics Include: Ability to build and cultivate relationships at all levels. Effective planning, reporting, and market understanding. Participation in ad hoc tasks as required. Proven sales track record with commercial acumen. Confident, articulate, and excellent in negotiation.
