Are you seeking a part-time role with flexible hours? We are currently recruiting for a Business Services Administrator in Grantham.
This administration role is a 6-month fixed-term contract, working 16 hours per week. The hours are flexible but must include a Friday.
As a member of the Business Services Department, you will work closely with a small team and be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks. This position may also require you to assist the reception team in covering staff who are on annual leave, training, or other absences.
Additionally, this role will provide general support to the Business Services Manager.
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work effectively under pressure and demonstrate an excellent telephone manner. You should also be equipped to handle a range of individuals with sensitivity and diplomacy, remaining composed in the face of demanding situations or behaviour.
The successful Business Services Administrator will have excellent organisational skills, be able to multitask with precision and attention to detail, and be proficient with IT systems.
