Responsibilities:
* Attend briefing meetings alongside your Recruitment Business Partner.
* Advertise vacancies on job boards and key social media channels.
* Monitor applications, screen and shortlist candidates.
* Source candidates for priority vacancies, utilising the ATS (Smart Recruiters) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Create, engage and regularly update talent pools.
* Look for new and innovative ways to attract talent to the business.
* Arrange interviews and manage day to day administrative tasks.
Qualifications
No specific
qualifications
required. However, previous recruitment experience is essential.
If you’re already a resourcer, great, we’d love to speak to you! If you’re an agency recruiter looking to make the move in house, we’d love to speak to you!
Experience in construction/ infrastructure recruitment would be amazing! But not essential.
