About the Company - We are the world's second largest manufacturer of Ductile Iron (DI) piping and are currently expanding our operations across the UK and Europe. As a result, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our growth in the UK and Europe regions.
About the Role - The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy and driving revenue growth in the water industry.
Responsibilities -
* Conduct market research of competitive activity, potential areas for growth, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share.
* Identify key market opportunities and develop action plans to penetrate new markets and increase sales in the region.
* Expand the customer base by identifying potential clients across the water/utilities supply chain.
* Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and distributors to maximize sales opportunities.
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the region.
* Develop pricing strategies and offer competitive solutions to maximize revenue.
Qualifications
* Experience in the water/utilities industry, ideally within a sales context.
* Knowledge and experience of piping (Ductile Iron or alternative) preferred but not essential.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
