About Our Client

Job Description
3. Manage property listings and organise viewings for prospective tenants.
4. Communicate effectively with potential tenants, providing them with relevant information about the properties.
5. Prepare and process tenancy agreements and other relevant documentation.
6. Carry out property inspections and report any issues.
7. Support tenants during their move-in and move-out process.
8. Work closely with the customer service team to ensure a seamless experience for tenants.
9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market.
10. Adhere to all company policies and regulations, as well as housing laws.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Property Advisor should have:
11. A strong customer service focus, with excellent communication skills.
12. Experience in property management or lettings.
13. Due to the travel required in this role all applicants must have valid driving Licence and own car.
14. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties and tenants.
15. Good negotiation skills and the ability to solve problems effectively.
16. A proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
