We have a wonderful opportunity to join the DT Department at one of our partnership Secondary Schools based in the BD13 area of Bradford with immediate start. The welcoming school is seeking to appoint a full-time DT Teacher with a specialism in Food Technology, to support the diverse teaching and learning needs of pupils across the KS3/4 curriculum. The position will initially be on a temporary ongoing basis to meet the needs of the department.
The inclusive Secondary Academy caters for students aged 11-16 within supportive surroundings, encouraging students and staff to become part of the vibrant school community. Staff work hard, setting high expectations for behaviour and learning to ensure no child is left behind. Offering an ambitious curriculum that enables pupils to not only succeed academically, but to build upon their life skills and develop their character to become outstanding citizens.
We welcome applications from ECTs and experienced Teachers, offering competitive rates of pay up to £230 per day depending on experience.
We are seeking a candidate with:
* Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent
* Confidence, inclusivity, and passion for supporting progression
* Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with the UK Curriculum
* An enhanced DBS disclosure or be willing to obtain one through us
* Right to Work in the UK, unfortunately, we are unable to offer Visa Sponsorship
