Amazon Global Selling Marketing Team spreads the awareness of selling globally. We also engage potential sellers through multiple channels to promote the sell on Amazon program to them. Our mission is to educate sellers on how they can become successful sellers on the Amazon marketplace, helping them understand the potential benefits to their business so that they can reach the world of customers through selling on Amazon.
Key job responsibilities
1. Lead VNGS brand building strategies and Event Management across all channels to ensure delivering a clear brand proposition to key segments.
2. Lead market researches to develop qualified brand building concepts that address Vietnamese prospects/selling partners unmet needs to raise VNGS awareness with scale and speed.
3. Plan and execute marketing campaigns to build awareness and excitement for VNGS business.
4. Define, plan, develop, and execute marketing plans for seller recruitment and engagement activities in direct and indirect channels.
5. Develop success stories assets to drive conversion from prospect to lead.
6. Work with Public Policy and Public Relations to raise AGS awareness.
7. Prepare and deliver business reviews of marketing regarding its progress in achieving pre-defined targets.
8. Support internal and external partners with brand communications assets and content, adapted in numerous channels.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1. BA/BS degree in business or related qualification or related fields.
2. 7+ years of relevant work experience in marketing communications, preferably in the e-Commerce, retail technology, or B2B industries.
3. 4+ years’ experience in brand management and event planning (online and offline activation/seller engagement).
4. Demonstrated track record in developing and implementing marketing strategies and crafting marketing content.
5. Demonstrated ability to plan and execute large scale offline and online marketing events and activities.
6. Capabilities to easily transition from high level strategic thinking to detailed execution.
7. Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and problem-solving skills.
8. Ability to troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity.
9. Proven success in negotiating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
10. Exceptional working knowledge in project management, brand building, marketing communications including advertising, activation, and promotion.
11. Strong prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility.
12. Exceptional oral and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. 3+ years B2B marketing; technology or Seller service marketing preferred and Marketplace Seller experience is a plus.
2. Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting.
3. A team player with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
