Responsibilities for this Resident Liaison Officer will include:
Monitoring the service providers database to ensure all appointments are booked
Liaising with tenants to ensure latest contact details are correct and updated
Filing out and serving NOSP’s
Hand delivering access letters, NOSP’s
Compiling reports and keeping records on gas compliance
What we are looking for in our ideal Resident Liaison Officer:
NVQ Level 2 or customer related discipline, GCSE or equivalent standard in Maths & English. Valid driver’s license essential. Resident Liaison experience within gas servicing, ideally within a social housing environment (Desirable). Experience of the use of Microsoft Office Software including Outlook, Word, Excel & Access. A caring & empathetic individual who understands and supports the needs of a diverse cross section of customers who has analytical skills and the ability to manage change, problem solve & manage own workload.
