Client Bookings Coordinator
£26,000 to £29,000 depending on experience
East Grinstead - office based

Our client who are a leading specialist in their field are growing their team in East Grinstead and are looking for a Client Bookings Coordinator to come on board for a 6 month contract.
This is a pivotal, hands-one role that will see you supporting various busy internal teams. Key duties will include:
Preparation of all administration required for internal teams
Creating accurate documents such as letters from the inhouse portal to send to customers and internal teams
Scheduling appointments ensuring maximum use of available theatre capacity, assessing needs of individual patients and where appropriate rearranging appointments
Ensure letters/information leaflets are sent and patient centre updated
Liaison with patients or patient's carer's and consultants as necessary within correct timescales
Ensure that surgical outcomes, including attendance, are logged correctly on internal systems
Send appropriate letters to patients, sending out invitations and creating bespoke letters when necessary
To be successful in this exciting position, you will possess:
Previous Administration experience
Confident communication skills both written and verbal
Strong organisational skills
High attention to detail
