Registered Manager – Brand New Residential Children's Home (EBD)
Location: Oldbury, Birmingham
Salary: Up to £62,000 + Bonus

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a brand-new 3-bedded home for children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). Join a new provider to deliver high-quality care and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of this home.

What we’re looking for:
* Experience managing an Ofsted rated Good or Outstanding children’s home
* A committed and enthusiastic leader with a passion to make a difference
* Level 5 Diploma qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
* A full UK driving licence which you’ve held for at least 12 months
* Proven experience as a Manager within residential childcare, particularly with children with EBD
* A strong understanding of OFSTED regulations and the ability to meet high standards of care
* Leadership skills to inspire and motivate your team
* Dedication to making a lasting impact on the lives of vulnerable children
* Registered Manager on-call duties

Pay: £50,000.00-£62,000.00 per year
