The successful candidate will additionally be required to provide comprehensive, professional, operational, effective leadership and managerial support to within the Single Point of Access and Patient Flow Service; whilst being supported by the Service Manager. You will also work closely with the Service Manager and will be deputising for them at times ensuring a seamless service is delivered to patients across specialties, ensuring optimum bed capacity and that resources are deployed to meet the challenges faced with patient flow.
