This a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. Southern Housing are looking for a Technology Adoption & Engagement Coordinator to join us on a 12 month FTC, based out of our Sittingbourne office. This role is key to helping us to continue to support all stakeholders to ensure adoption of new technology and systems are efficient and seamless. Key aspects of the role are detailed below: Fostering user engagement, and driving the successful adoption of new systems, upgrades, and changes. Plan and produce clear and concise communications. Organise workshops, presentations, and training sessions to demonstrate the value of technology tools in achieving business goals. Develop user guides, FAQs, videos, and instructional materials. Excellent presentation skills What you will have: A strong willingness to learn. Ability to develop and maintain relationships across departments Experience of delivering training to a group of people. The ability and confidence to speak to a large group of people.
