About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the procurement team with purchase order processing and supplier management.
2. Assist with stock control and inventory management processes.
3. Maintain accurate records using advanced Excel spreadsheets.
4. Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
5. Process and track deliveries, ensuring timely receipt of materials.
6. Generate reports and analyse data to support procurement decisions.
7. Provide general administrative support to the engineering department.
Required Skills and Experience:
1. Previous experience in an administrative or junior procurement role.
2. Strong understanding of stock control processes.
3. Excellent Excel skills with ability to handle complex spreadsheets.
4. Basic understanding of purchasing processes and supplier management.
5. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
6. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
