Job Description
As our new Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll provide a professional generalist HR service to all departments within the UK, Ireland, Poland, Sweden, Germany, Netherland acting as a pragmatic and solution orientated business partner.
This role will incorporate supporting organisation design, resourcing, employee relations, payroll interface with our external provider, reward, as well as providing advice and assistance to management colleagues and staff on more complex Human Resources matters.
This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite requirement.
Some of your key responsibilities:
* Provide support and guidance in delivering comprehensive and solution orientated advice to managers on all HR matters.
* Develop the HR capability, people management competence, professionalism and consistency of approach of line managers with support of the L&D team and the Leadership Competency Framework.
* Support and guide the HR Advisor in advising business leaders on appropriate HR solutions including advice and guidance on all performance management issues, managing long term health and taking the lead on more complex issues.
* Ensuring compliance with UK and European employment legislation and HR best practice.
* Engaging with colleague representative groups on employment and policy matters.
What do I need to be successful in this role?
* Experience in delivering performance management, budgeting, workforce planning, project and change management in an international context.
* Very sound knowledge of UK employment law – additional European countries also very beneficial.
* A track record of coaching, mentoring and influencing at a management level.
* Ability to be onsite five days per week.
* CIPD qualified.
* You are an effective relationship builder at a senior level, both internally and externally.
