Permanent – Full Time We are looking for an experienced and talented Senior Digital Information Manager to set up, manage and maintain project document control systems for a key Cambridge project starting on site in February 2025. About the role: You will be working within our Construction East Region for the Cambridgeshire Business Unit where you will manage your own projects and will maintain the Morgan Sindall prescribed document control systems within pre-construction and site activity phases. You will also provide training and undertake audits on all aspects of document and information management. What are we looking for? The baseline is for an experienced Senior Document Controller, who also has used Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC Docs & Build modules) but also Viewpoint 4P. You will have a good understanding of design management work stages and an in-depth knowledge of Common Data Environment (CDE) management, document naming structures, workflows and general principles for document management. You should also have strong knowledge of setting up and using electronic document management systems, knowledge in use of spreadsheets, database, word processing and selected job specific software. You will also ideally have: Detailed and extensive experience of ACC & Viewpoint 4P software and a clear understanding of Workflows. You will be able to train low level frequency users on Viewpoint for projects. Significant experience in the main contracting market with experience of working on projects between £10m - £100m.
