We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to lead our team at a beautiful Care home in Great Yarmouth. As a seasoned professional with a proven track record in similar roles within care homes, hotels or hospitality environments, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations of the care home's hospitality services
* Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Maintain accurate records of hotel stays, meals served, and other related activities
* Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Hospitality Manager in a care home, hotel, or similar environment
* Excellent knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
* Strong leadership and communication skills

Salary and Benefits
£30,000 per annum (estimated salary range based on location and industry standards)
