CCTV Operator Marston Holdings Limited has an exciting opportunity for a CCTV Operator to join their team on a full time permanent basis. What you will be doing: As a CCTV Operator you will work with our partners such as the Police NCA DWP and other investigatory bodies ensuring we keep our communities safe. You will help the Police by the monitoring of real time CCTV and directing Officers by radio to incidents and securing evidence. You will be identifying reporting and recording anything suspicious. Operating cameras and equipment effectively making sure the best evidential quality images are recorded. Write reports or witness statements. Attend court to give evidence supporting the CCTV images. Confident liaising with external and internal agencies such as DWP National Crime Agency and other investigatory bodies. To maintain and run the Traffic Enforcement Control Room and the Community Safety Control Room in an efficient manner. What do you need to be a CCTV Operator? Full UK driving licence is desirable Strong report writing skills with excellent attention to detail. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts. Ability to focus in high pressured situations. Provide exceptional customer service. Ability to work flexible hours on a 24 hour per day 365 days per year shift pattern including weekend and bank holidays as required What’s in it for you?
