Vitrue’s mission is to eliminate musculoskeletal pain for tens of millions of people (think back or neck pain, sports injuries, arthritis). We strive to enrich our users’ lives, empowering them to do what they love – from playing their favourite sport to enjoying quality time with their friends and families.
Our workplace wellbeing platform, VIDA, tackles musculoskeletal pain, whether from sitting at your desk, poor technique in a golf swing or from a pre-existing condition. It uses clinical diagnostic technology that we adapted from the approach used with pro athletes to understand each user’s risk factors and provides personalised support to reduce or avoid pain. We’ve got happy clients spanning multiple sectors across 27 countries (including Bupa, the NHS, Danone and Campari)
We’re funded by some of the UK’s leading investors and we’re extremely excited about what’s coming in our next chapter. We’ll be launching a wide array of new clinical tools to help all kinds of MSK pain and conditions. We’ve got 15 people in the team and we’re growing fast.
Our ambitious plans over the next few years are going to change the way the world thinks about preventing and treating musculoskeletal conditions and we need help from exceptional people to help us achieve them.

The role
VIDA has the potential to transform how MSK pain is addressed globally, and as an SDR, you’ll play a pivotal role in connecting our groundbreaking product with the organisations that need it most. Working closely with our Account Executives, you’ll ensure a seamless handoff of qualified opportunities, collaborating to build a robust pipeline of exceptional companies that are ready to improve employee well-being and meet critical regulatory requirements.
What you’ll be doing
This role is perfect if you’re looking to kickstart your career in sales. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills, take on responsibility, and progress your career in sales—all while making a real impact on people’s lives.
We’re a fast-paced startup with no two weeks the same, but your core duties will be to:
* Create outreach plans: Think of creative ways to connect with decision-makers at target companies. Likely including through personalised emails, engaging LinkedIn messages and picking up the phone to make a connection. Phone calls are a key channel at Vitrue.
* Qualify inbound leads: Assess incoming opportunities to see if they’re a good fit, then schedule product demos with our sales team.
* Research and strategise: Dive into company profiles to understand their needs, challenges, and the key decision-makers to contact, ensuring each outreach is impactful.
* Manage your pipeline: Keep track of your conversations and follow-ups, staying organised so no potential client falls through the cracks.
* Collaborate with the team: Share feedback from your outreach efforts with marketing and sales, helping us refine our strategies and make every interaction better.
Must-haves
* Relationship Builder: You’re a people person who thrives on building connections and making meaningful relationships with prospects.
* Comfortable on the Phone: You genuinely enjoy speaking to people, can convey energy and enthusiasm, and are confident picking up the phone to connect with prospects.
* Resilience: Willingness to learn cold-calling, overcome objections, and bounce back from rejections with energy.
* Coachability:You’re reflective, self-aware, and eager to take feedback to grow and improve.
* Curiosity:You genuinely want to understand our prospects and why they need VIDA to solve their pain points.

Nice to haves
* Experience in a sales environment (though not necessarily tech sales)
* Passion for wellbeing, particularly musculoskeletal health. Lots of our team have either experienced or know someone close to them who have experienced MSK pain and know what it's like.
Location
We’re based near Old Street in London, and we take an office-first approach to foster collaboration and teamwork. Our team works in the office three core days a week (Tuesday to Thursday), with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
