Key responsibilities in your new role as Design Engineer are as follows: Compiling product design drawings to satisfy customer requirements ensuring they are fit for manufacture. Provide practical solutions to problems on the shop floor. Liaising with all other relevant department personnel when needed. My client is keen to speak to people who can Create/maintain drawing standard procedures and who has worked within a mechanical/product design position. Although not essential; a background of working within a fast-moving manufacturing environment would be a distinct advantage.
