As a Planning Solicitor, you will provide high-quality legal advice and support on a variety of planning and environmental issues. You will work with a range of clients including landowners, property developers, charities, educational institutions, property investors, financial entities, businesses, and private individuals. The teams’ work encompasses a broad spectrum of planning matters, including but not limited to:
1. Drafting and negotiating planning agreements (e.g., Section ).
2. Providing expert legal guidance on planning regulations and compliance.
3. Handling applications for certificates of lawfulness.
4. Advising on rights of way and highway-related issues.
5. Managing waste and mineral applications.
6. Representing clients in appeals, judicial and statutory reviews.
7. Supporting clients through compulsory purchase orders (CPO) and enforcement actions.
Key Requirements:
8. Proven experience in planning law, with exposure to a wide range of planning and environmental matters.
