Pay rate: £32,644 - £34,824 per annum (based on 8 sleeps per month and an hourly rate of £12.95 - £14.00 per hour). Opportunities to pick up overtime at enhanced rate.
Hours: 173 hours per month - the most common shift pattern is 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep-in shifts (shifts may vary). Rota given in advance. We operate a 365-day service due to the nature of our work.
* Level 3/4 in Residential Childcare qualification and experience of working in Children’s Residential Care.
* Full UK driving licence.
* The right to work in the UK.
* Applicants must be over 21 due to industry regulations.

The Role:
Our homes provide crisis intervention and trauma-informed therapeutic care. Children participate in recreational activities suited to their interests, such as cinema, swimming, and sports.
