About the Role
NB This is a fixed term contract for six months with possibility of extension.
We are looking for an experienced Marketer to join our vibrant and supportive UK Marketing & Customer Experience team in the Education Division. You will be responsible for implementing digital customer acquisition, engagement and retention strategies of key digital products, aligning with the sales and marketing strategy. The key digital platforms and services include: Kerboodle, MyMaths.
Key responsibilities in this role will include:
* Oversight of platform brand, ensuring effective positioning and messaging across all channels, including on the platform or service
* Oversight of overarching marketing content and channel strategy within the context of the full blend
* Strategic identification of priority customer segments within the context of the full blend - for both acquisition and retention activity
* Collaborate with the product marketing managers on acquisition and retention campaigns and oversee implementation through matrix management across the UK marketing team and the wider business
* Design customer journeys and workflows for onboarding and retention activity to maximise usage
* Design support programmes and work with sales/sales enablement and events on schedules and delivery
* Share insights and build data driven strategies drawing from usage reports and subscription reports, feeding into planning process
* Act as specialist consultant for subject magic triangles, advising on best practice and supporting with trouble-shooting
We operate a hybrid working policy that requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office.
About You
You will be highly organised and attentive to detail with an ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. You will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and be able to multi-task and prioritise heavy workload effectively.
You will have:
* Experience of marketing online products - and building acquisition and retention strategies driven by data
* Experience of working across functions
* Experience of brand management
* Experience of content and channel strategic planning
* Experience of successfully implementing digital marketing acquisition and retention campaigns
