About the Role This role supports the UK Schools marketing team in the Education division. The Marketing Campaign Coordinator is responsible for implementing and reporting on marketing activities across both sector-level and subject-level campaigns to generate leads, drive sales revenue and increase market share. Key Responsibilities Implement marketing campaign plans set by Marketing Managers and Senior Marketing Managers, ensuring campaigns are launched on time, within budget and to a high standard, communicating the progress and results clearly throughout Create and schedule email campaigns - selecting the most appropriate audience, templates, automation and testing, and building optimised email journeys - and ensure that our data protection policies are met Build and update webpages using our content management system- ensuring that the customer journey is clear, copy and assets meet accessibility guidelines, and SEO best practice and Google Analytics naming conventions are followed Schedule social media activity (both organic and paid advertising) across a range of social platforms considering content types, targeting, latest platform updates and best practice Develop specialist knowledge of a core marketing channel, promoting best practice across the team, implementing for priority campaigns, and reporting back to the wider team on overarching channel trends and results Brief both in-house and freelance designers, videographers and animators to create campaign content considering brand guidelines and wider campaign deadlines Manage own workload, considering team priorities and amend schedules when appropriate, communicating clearly at each stage Support Marketing Managers in meeting SMART targets and KPIs, ensuring UTMs are set up, monitored and recommendations are made based on campaign results and latest industry best practice Collaborate with wider marketing teams across the division to share best practice and improve efficiencies across systems and processes We operate a hybrid working policy that requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office. About You Essential: Excellent interpersonal, communication and team working skills Ability to effectively prioritise across multiple projects with maximum attention to detail Experience of digital and social media marketing practice Innovative and creative with a willingness to continually learn and apply best practice Desirable: Previous marketing experience or a marketing qualification/work placement Experience of Content Management Systems, Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager or similar Knowledge of the UK education market Experience of Microsoft Teams for meeting scheduling, communication and file management Benefits We care about work/life balance here at OUP.
