RAPID RESPONSE BURY About the role Within Bury Adult Services we are seeking to employ a Support Workers to work in the Rapid Response Team. Working for the Rapid Response Team is very rewarding career, as you can make a real difference to the lives of vulnerable adults. There will be an induction and training plan in place but previous experience in a similar role is essential. The Rapid Response Service is a community based short term service that supports adults, including those with complex needs, who are in crisis and require urgent, short-term support. You will support people in daily living tasks including personal care, and in the use of aids and personal equipment. Working as part of a small team, you will encourage and motivate people and assist them to build their confidence and achieve their personal goals. Our service operates 24/7 365 days a year. The AM shift is 9am till 2pm (subject to change if service needs require it) The PM shift is 5 pm till 10 pm. (subject to change if service needs require it) You must hold a full UK driving license and have access to a vehicle along with the relevant business insurance. you must currently have the right to work in the uk, we are not able to offer sponsorship for this role.
