Job Description
My client is an established IT company who provide high quality IT support and IT services to both the educational and corporate sectors. They focus on customer satisfaction and helping clients reach their objectives through reliable and professional IT Support. They are now looking for a 3rd Line Support Technician to join their team based in Farnham, Surrey.
The successful candidate will need to have experience in the IT sector with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. Having worked in a client facing role previously is key, the ability to build relationships with clients is a must.
Position Overview
1. Support 3rd Line Issues
2. Remote support / visit client sites
3. Resolving hardware & software faults
4. Active directory management
5. Troubleshooting of DNS/DHCP
6. Communicating and managing 3rd Line Suppliers
7. Manage client expectations and adhere to support SLA’s
Position Requirements
8. Full UK Clean Driving License (Customer Visits)
9. A strong 3rd Line Technical background / experience within an MSP firm
10. Hands on experience with service desk and remote-control software
11. Experience with Windows 7,8, 10 & IOS/Android
12. Experienced with Active Directory
13. Basic knowledge/troubleshooting of DNS/DHCP
14. Experience with Office 365
15. Working knowledge of Microsoft Desktops and Windows Server environments
16. Professional certificate is desirable

17. Monday to Friday 9am – 17:30pm
18. Salary £27,000 – 31,000 DOE
