In this role, you will be responsible for finalising energy sales deals, converting leads into clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
Close energy sales deals with B2B customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Follow up on qualified leads and opportunities provided by the lead generation team.
Build rapport with potential customers, identify their needs, and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
Present energy packages and pricing structures clearly and persuasively.
Overcome objections and effectively manage negotiations to finalise agreements.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of energy market trends, pricing, and competitors.
Accurately record all sales activities in the CRM system and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Provide feedback to the management team to improve sales processes and strategies.
About You:
Proven experience as a closer in energy sales.
Strong knowledge of the energy industry, including renewable and non-renewable options.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment and consistently meet or exceed KPIs.
Confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Proficient in CRM software and basic computer applications.
Resilient and able to handle objections and rejection professionally.
