We are currently recruiting a Temporary HR Generalist for a client based in Chichester. This role focuses on providing accurate and proactive HR generalist advice to managers and employees, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures across various aspects of Employee Relations.
About You:
Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with employees and management at all levels.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Strong knowledge of Employment Law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to HR issues.About the Role:
Triage and refer complex HR issues to HR Senior Business Partners and HR Business Partners as necessary.
Support managers in handling employee relations issues, including but not limited to sickness absence, bullying and harassment, grievances, conduct, and performance management.
Maintain accurate records of employee relations cases and HR activities.
Prepare reports to provide insights that support strategic HR decisions.Benefits:
