Title: Temporary Repairs Administrator
Location: Mansfield
Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday (Office-Based)
I am currently working for a client to recruit an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Repairs Administrator in Mansfield. This role is crucial to ensuring their repair operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and schedule repair appointments.
* Liaise with repair technicians and clients to manage work orders.
* Maintain accurate records of repair activities.
* Handle incoming calls and emails related to repair requests.
* Provide administrative support to the repairs team as needed.
Requirements:
* Previous administrative experience is desirable.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The role is office based and paying up to £12,50 per hour.
