This role is crucial in supporting our outsourced managed service recruitment contracts across various sectors. The Booking Coordinator will be responsible for a range of administrative and system-related tasks to ensure the fulfilment of our client's Service Level Agreements. This will be an on-site role and there is likely to be a 4-week rotating shift pattern which will likely be 1 week early, 2 weeks normal and 1 week evening. The shifts are likely to be: Early - 0600-1430 Normal - 0900-1730 Evening - 1130-2000 Day to Day of the role: Handle booking changes, processing extensions, and chasing timesheet approvals. Be accountable for timesheet adjustments, end date management, and PO burn rate management. Provide ongoing systems training and act as the first point of contact for delivery team queries. Complete ad hoc/periodic administrative tasks and process manual payroll. Work closely with stakeholders such as Resourcing Business Partners, Client and Candidate system users, and partner suppliers. Utilise recruitment technology platforms and communication tools to manage processes across a portfolio of Managed Services (MSP) Clients. Required Skills & Qualifications: Previous office experience in a fast-paced environment is desirable. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively. Proficiency in managing large volumes of data and navigating systems. A proactive approach to questioning and escalating concerns when necessary. Ability to prioritise workload.
