This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing group of companies in a position that requires both accuracy and attention to detail. Our Accounts Payable Assistant will provide accounts support for our accounts payable department.
Responsibilities will mainly involve:
* Processing purchase invoices on to computerized accounts software
* Identifying and resolving discrepancies and issues arising on the accounts payable ledger
* Entering supplier invoices/credit notes
* Liaising with suppliers regarding invoice queries
* Booking site hours to job costings
* Making sure job costings are kept up to date, by ensuring invoices are entered in a timely manner
* Account supplier application forms
* Supporting senior staff with administrative tasks as required
* Assisting with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
Skills/Experience Desired:
* Quick and willing learner
* Competent on Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Good communicator
* Attention to detail and accuracy, especially in data entry tasks
