Job Description:
Introduction
Are you a detail-oriented recruitment professional with a strong understanding of compliance? We're looking for a Care Compliance Administrator to join our client's team on a fully remote basis. This is an ASAP start, initially a 6-month fixed-term contract with a potential to be extended as the business grows, offering a salary of £30,000. You'll play a key role in supporting the lifecycle of all Care vacancies, ensuring seamless recruitment and compliance processes.
What Does the Role Entail?
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will oversee the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process for the Care division, ensuring every stage meets compliance standards. From collaborating with hiring managers on job descriptions to securing board-level approvals and posting roles on social media, and job boards, you'll be responsible for attracting top talent. You'll manage applications through the process, conducting telephone screenings, arrange interviews, and handle offers. Compliance is at the heart of this role, requiring meticulous document management in line with GDPR. Additionally, you'll work alongside marketing and HR to maintain and enhance the employer brand.
What Skills Will You Have?
To excel in this role, you'll need strong recruitment experience, ideally within a fast-paced sector like Care. You're highly organised, adept at managing multiple vacancies simultaneously, and have a keen eye for compliance. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media advertising is essential. You'll be comfortable liaising with hiring managers, conducting candidate screenings, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. A proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to upholding our brand reputation will set you apart.
What Is On Offer?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a 100% remote-first organisation, working on a significant and fast-moving project with our client. You'll be part of a supportive team, playing a key role in hiring top talent while ensuring compliance at every stage. The initial contract is for 6 months, with potential for extension, offering £30,000.
How to Apply?
We're looking to shortlist candidates quickly, so if this sounds like the perfect fit for you, don't hesitate. Apply now.
