Busy Bees Day Nursery and preschool at Kettering Venture Park are proud to hold Ofsted rating of 'Outstanding'. The warm and friendly team look forward to welcoming a new Level 3 Special Educational Needs Nursery Practitioner, assisting them in giving our children the best start in life.
The centre is located in a quiet area with ample parking and close amenities. The centre also has an allotment and Forest School. If you are looking for career progression Busy Bees can help and support you to get there, we have a variety of different fully funded courses.

As a Nursery Practitioner, we offer a salary of £24960 per annum, plus you will also be entitled to:
* 28 days holiday per year (inc bank holidays) - because we all need time to relax and revitalize! With this for each year service you accure 1 days holiday until 5 years.

What to expect as a SEN Nursery Practitioner
* As a keyworker, you will ensure every individual child’s needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs.
* Take ownership of the observation, assessments and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps.
* Ensure we encourage and praise children’s development and achievements.
* And most of all…have FUN!
*To apply for this role, you must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse*
