Key Responsibilities

1. Provide administrative support to solicitors and other legal professionals within the firm.
2. Manage and maintain client files and legal documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
3. Prepare, edit, and format legal documents, letters, and correspondence.
4. Arrange meetings, appointments, and travel for the legal team.
5. Handle client calls and queries in a professional and courteous manner.
6. Coordinate with other departments within the firm to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
7. Proven experience as a legal secretary or in a similar administrative role, preferably within a law firm.
8. Strong knowledge of legal terminology and document formatting.
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management software.
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
11. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
12. A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
