Customer Experience Director Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Experience Director to lead our retail team in Stirling.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, leading a team of retail staff, and implementing company policies and procedures. You will also be expected to manage the day-to-day running of the store, including stock management and visual merchandising.
Key Responsibilities:
