Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the planning, preparation, and presentation of meals for residents and staff, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation.
* Liaise with suppliers to ensure efficient delivery of orders, maintaining stock levels and budget control.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of menus that meet the needs of our residents, taking into account any special dietary requirements.
* Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
* Participate in the development and implementation of food safety management systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
