Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Tele sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in converting new sales opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support to our customer base in the Food, Drink and Lifestyle sectors in the UK. This position requires strong communication skills, a friendly disposition and the ability to handle various customer inquiries effectively.
Core Skills

Duties
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
* Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting issues.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM software tools.
* Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products.
* Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
* Participate in telemarketing efforts to promote new products and services.
* Maximise every sales opportunity through proactive outbound and inbound call handling to consistently exceed individual and team sales targets.
* Grow the average spend and cross sell products across the factory.
* Support the sales team with converting live sales opportunities.
Customer Service
* Handle inbound customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information on products, order status, and available services to close sales effectively.
* Build strong rapport with customers by understanding their requirements and recommending products that add value. Focus on developing long-term customer loyalty through personalised service.
Performance Tracking and Development
* Consistently meet individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), such as reengagement, order conversion rate and retention rates.
* Commit to continuous learning through participation in training on new product offerings and market trends.
Core Competencies / Skillset
* Previous telesales or customer service experience, ideally within a B2B environment.
* Excellent verbal communication with a focus on building customer relationships.
* A strong commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs.
* High accuracy in order processing and data management.
* Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to shared goals.
* Familiarity with CRM and MIS systems.

Competitive pay and a commission structure that offers OTE of £30,000.
